I picked up this “little” beauty at the London Cycle Show yesterday from the Rose stand. Rose are a major player in Germany and are making a bigger push into the UK market both on and off road. At just under 1,000 pages it made quite a difference to the weight of my bag on the day. The guys on the stand were only too happy for me to take a copy …. they didn’t point out it was all in German though. I guess they didn’t want to have to take them back to the office and in fairness – you can figure out the basics via pictures. In this day and age it was both odd and kind of nice to have such a weighty catalogue to leaf through at your leisure at home. One thing’s for sure, with this level of “substance” I’m not going to lose it.
